1. Pre-Production & Additional Work
Any services beyond the agreed scope including research, planning, revisions, equipment handling, or vehicle collection may incur additional charges. Estimates for such work will be provided in writing and require client approval prior to commencement.
Site visits (“recces”) and travel days are billed at 50% of the standard day rate. Travel exceeding 8 hours shall be charged as a full day.
2. Day Rate & Overtime
The standard day rate covers 10 hours of work. Overtime shall be charged as follows:

Hours 11–12: +25%

Hours 13–14: +50%

Hour 15 and beyond: +100%
3. Intellectual Property
All lighting designs, layouts, diagrams, and related documentation remain the sole intellectual property of Liam Mulligan. Any reproduction, distribution, reuse, or sharing with third parties, including for future projects, training, marketing, or resale requires prior consent.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may accrue fees at a rate specified in the invoice. Accounts remaining unpaid after three reminders may be referred to a collection agency, and the client shall bear all associated recovery costs.
5. Third-Party Vendors
All costs associated with external vendors must be pre-approved in writing and shall be included in the final invoice.
6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations ≥7 days prior to the start date: 50% fee

Cancellations <24 hours prior to the start date: 100% fee

Cancellations following substantial pre-production work: client shall pay for work already performed.
7. Invoicing
A final invoice, itemising all services, additional charges, and reimbursable expenses, will be issued upon project completion.
Equipment Rental Terms
All equipment offers must be confirmed prior to the job and shall be deemed automatically confirmed 24 hours before the start date unless otherwise notified in writing.
All equipment supplied remains the sole property of Liam Mulligan. The client is responsible for its care and safe return and shall be liable for any loss, theft, or damage (excluding reasonable wear and tear) occurring while in their possession.
